Corberán: “We have a tremendous opportunity to demonstrate our desire, commitment, and motivation to turn things around”
The Valencia CF coach's press conference ahead of the match against Levante UD
A tearful Gabriel Paulista spoke to Spanish television channel Movistar+ LaLiga after the final whistle of a tough defeat for Valencia CF against Getafe CF.
"We had come into the game off the back of a good showing on the last matchday, but we are finding playing away from home and getting a run of wins going very difficult," he lamented.
"We had prepared to come here and look for the three points, but we played badly. Now we have to keep a cool head and think about the next game. We have to win that one; it's very important for us."

Valencia CF had to play with 10-men due to a red card for Mouctar Diakhaby, and Paulista acknowledged the added test provided by the circumstances.
"Playing when a man down is tough in any game. The sending off for Diakhaby is something in which we saw a similar incident in the first half, but the referee told us that it was out of play or something -I don't really understand what the reasoning was. Then we had Diakhaby sent off and the game got much more difficult," he said.
"With my incident, I was sure that it was offside, so that's why I grabbed the opposing player."
"Now we have to rest. Our season isn't being at all easy. We have to get out of this: We are Valencia CF and we have to fight for this club. This club deserves much more than this. We have to work harder and we have to do much more than we are doing," the centre back stated.
"It hurts to hear (that the team have gone from Champions League football to a relegation battle). It's tough to hear that about a club as big as Valencia CF, but we have to get out of this. We have many games remaining and we are going to improve and lift Valencia CF to where the club belong."
